Location: the hotel was just off carrefour supermarket. Excellent service, as the staff were very efficient and extremely helpful. The breakfast was tasteful, the food was good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Batam and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, being very near to Kepri mall, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a king size bed and a great rain shower. The staff were also friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money, with breakfast included in the price. I was impressed with the attention to detail and basic amenities provided by this hotel.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, as it is directly beside Kepri Mall, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy shopping. The staff here provide excellent service, ensuring that basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are real clean, including the bathroom. I especially loved the nice facilities, such as the great rain shower, and the option of having an extra bed in the room. Additionally, it's a bonus that breakfast is included, providing a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel provides a great location, being within walking distance to a big shopping mall with lots of eateries. the convenience store beside the hotel is a plus. the rooftop garden is a nice spot to hang out and relax.
The cleanliness and hygiene need improvement as some guests have complained about dirty towels and unclean bed sheets.

Had a fantastic weekend with great perks, such as complimentary breakfast and swift service for currency exchange, which helped us in exploring the area. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and had friendly staff who pointed us towards the best attractions. One of the best aspects was the cozy and clean room with an amazing shower facility that was just perfect for relaxing.

Conveniently located near restaurants and mall. The shuttle bus service was reliable. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar.
Room was not well-maintained with a bad smell. The cleaning service could have been better.
